Our Core Values
Our actuaries have worked in several international locations and are not restricted by traditional limitations of location, gender, race, etc.
We work at highest levels of professionalism and work ethics. We strictly follow all the guidelines and standards expected from an actuary.
Our clients are a part of our extended team, rather than a separate entity. Our team is like an extended family to us rather than just a “resource”.
Nobody is perfect and neither do we pretend to be. We are always as honest and transparent as we can be.
We try to keep things as simple as possible and explain complex actuarial concepts with utmost simplicity.
Quality is paramount for us and sets us apart, even after we have completed a project
Our team only has young and dynamic professionals, always up for a good challenge.
We love what we do and do what we love.
We don’t just churn the handle. Instead, we strive to reinvent the wheel, wherever required.
We are always learning and upskilling ourselves to help serve you better.
Why Choose Us?
We provide extended support to our clients, beyond the usual office hours. Tight deadlines could imply working at odd hours and we are always here to help you through those tough times.
Our low-cost model is driven primarily by efficient processes and lower cost base. You can outsource your entire actuarial department to us and save anywhere between 40-70% of your ongoing costs. Call us to discuss further.
Efficiency + Tech = Speed
Quality and efficiency are at the core of all our work. Our processes are designed to be as efficient as possible to gain the maximum leverage possible out of the latest technology. The ability to generate gratuity reports in less than 2 minutes is a testament to that.
In another instance involving IFRS 17, our General Insurance Actuary were able to do the Financial Impact Analysis from scratch for >8 insurers in less than a month to meet the regulatory deadline.
Data Privacy and Protection
Our IT infrastructure is consistent with the best global practices. Data Privacy and Protection has been embedded in every process in our organization.
For instance, we do not email or download any data file on our systems ever. Instead, all the data is exchanged via Microsoft and/or AWS cloud services, with strict access control.
